7 Days Low Price Protection

We try to be as price competitive as possible but sometimes prices may change or be affected by currency exchange. That is why we have the Price Protection Guarantee. If you purchase an item from our eBay store and find that the item has become cheaper, we will offer it to you at the lowered price. To be eligible for the Price Protection, you must contact us within 7 days of purchasing the item.

Price Protection Guarantee Scheme Terms and Conditions:

If you purchase a price-protected item from DigitalRev and within 7 days of your purchase date you find the same item for a lower price from us, we will refund you the difference. This policy applies only to items marked "Price Protection Guarantee Scheme" and is subject to terms and conditions below.

  • The guarantee only covers identical product or product package of the same brand, model, specification, options and warranty period
• Offer applies only to items from the [digital-rev, digital-rev-oz, digital-rev-access, digital-rev-eu] (Choose whichever account is applicable)
• Offer is not applicable to promotional items.
• Offer is valid for 7 days from your order date.
• Comparison is based on total price including shipping and handling.
• DigitalRev reserves the right to deny a price comparing request if price is listed in error.
• The guarantee does not apply if the price is only available with a combined purchase discount.
• You are required to provide Screenshot AND product web address URL along with the eBay auction item number.
• Offer void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Price Protection Guarantee Scheme at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our Guarantee process or operation of the scheme, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner.
• Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive, in our sole discretion, will not be honoured and will be disqualified and denied automatically without further communication with consumer. We will only honour one qualifying claim (the first qualifying claim you submit) per order.
• Multiple claims per order, or any claims following your first qualifying claim, will be disqualified and denied automatically without further communication with consumer.
• DigitalRev will inform you the acceptance of your claim within 5 working days after claim is received by us.
• If your claim is accepted, the refund will be given within 5 working days after we inform you the acceptance of your claim.
