eBay Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay import tax/duty on the item? If so, how much?

For items that are shipped internationally from our Hong Kong office, you may be charged import tax/duty when you receive the item. This will be your responsibility to pay upon delivery, unless stated otherwise on the auction listing page. Unfortunately we are not able to estimate the amount of import tax/fees for specific goods as local customs’ decisions are beyond our control. Please be reassured we will do our utmost to legally minimize the tax for you.

Can the item be sent as a gift?

We can gift wrap the item per your request. However, we do not declare items as gifts. One of the reasons is if the parcel is damaged or lost, the insurance will become invalid as the insurance amount does not exceed the declared value.

How do I specify the colour or mount for my items?

Please send an email to ebay@digitalrev.com, stating your eBay user ID, after you place your order to specify the colour or mount for your items. If you are purchasing more than one item that has a colour/mount option, please specify clearly, otherwise this may cause a delay in order processing.

Can I return the item to you if I am not satisfied with it?

Yes, you certainly entitled to do so. We offer a truly unique “7 days No Questions Asked” return policy. You should notify us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return the item to us for refund. Please note the item must be in its original packaging and in brand new resalable condition. No postage costs will be refunded. We will also charge an administrative fee for returned items. This will be deducted from the refund total.

What type of payments do you accept?

For all our listings, you can pay us using Paypal or direct bank transfer. We have local bank accounts in UK, Australia and Hong Kong. For account details, please contact our customer service representatives.

Where is the place of manufacture for your goods?

The most majority of our products are sourced from the Asia-Pacific region to offer you with the most extensive range of products at competitive prices.

Is there any warranty with your products?

Yes, we offer a wide range of warranty with our products. All our products either come with international seller’s warranty or Mack warranty. You can also purchase extended warranty from us as well for that extra peace of mind. For more details, please refer to http://www.digitalrev.com/ebay/support/uk/uk_warranty.html.

How can I check the progress of my delivery?

When your goods have been arranged for delivery, once it leaves our warehouse an email will be sent out informing you so. With items sent via registered post, express shipping or express courier service, you will find within this email a tracking number and a web link where you can trace the progress of delivery along its way.

I cannot see my shipping country on the list, what can I do?

If the country that you wish to ship to does not appear on the auction listing, please contact us by clicking on the “email the seller” button on the top of the listing. Our customer service representatives will assist you with your enquiry.

Are your products the same as if you bought them on the high street locally?

With our best efforts, we try to source products with similar specifications, if not the same, as ones if purchased locally. However, as we try to offer as competitive pricing as possible for our items, some products will be sourced without a local specification charger and manual. Please be reassured however, we will provide you with an adaptor to fit your local power supply and also a copied version of the user manual.
