Express Shipping

Orders will be shipped via one of the following shipping couriers (unless the item is sent by standard or registered airmail):

- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx
- Hong Kong SpeedPost (EMS)

We will select one of the above couriers at our discretion to ensure the most appropriate shipping service is provided. A parcel tracking number will be provided for all above mentioned courier services.


The following is a guideline of typical delivery times:

  • Central London: 2-3 working days
  • Rest of the UK: 3-5 working days
  • Europe* : 3-7 working days
  • Australia: 3-5 working days
  • US and Canada: 3-5 working days

The above delivery times are estimations and will take into consideration the maximum time needed for parcels to go through customs. Therefore, in most cases the shipping time will in fact be shorter. You may find that purchasing from us will even be quicker than if bought locally!

Rest assured that your orders will be delivered to you quickly and safely. Adequate insurance is automatically included for all parcels that are shipped via the courier services mentioned above.

*Due to increased administrative costs and delays on customs clearance, we have suspended shipping to Italy, Spain and Portugal. These restrictions are temporary and we hope to have it resolved in the near future. However, there are certain countries that we do not ship to. To learn if your delivery address falls into our list of restricted countries, please contact us.

  
UK 2-3 Express Delivery

Buying from our London listings will ensure that you receive your item(s) quickly and conveniently. This is aside from the benefit of paying just the low postage fee for delivery to any address within the United Kingdom.

Our Local 2-3 days Express Delivery service is offered for many products. Items are sent using Royal Mail Registered Post (1st or 2nd Class) and will require a signature upon delivery. You can be sure that this is not only fast, but also safe and secure.
UK Next Day Delivery

For many of high quality professional digital cameras, lenses and accessories, we endeavour to deliver them to you by the fastest and safest means available within the UK.

UK Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery) is used to ensure that the item(s) reach you by the next working day after it is posted. The parcel will be fully insured for the same value of the item. You will receive a parcel tracking number which you can then use to check the delivery progress online. To guarantee that the parcel is delivered safely and directly to your hands, a signature is required upon delivery and it will be recorded in the postal system for both the sender and receiver as reference.
