If for ANY reason you wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so*. As the title of our returns policy suggests, for whatever reason you wish to return your product to us, provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you a full refund (minus the original shipping fee if any). No re-stocking fee is deducted and simply no questions asked!
- Item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt (applies to orders shipped via registered post or express courier service and is traceable online)
- Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging intact
- Accompanied by signed return authorisation form
Please note that orders that were shipped to you via standard airmail cannot be returned.
