We provide a 7-day 'No Questions Asked' Return Policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so. Provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you a full refund*, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!

-- Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging
-- Accompanied by order receipt and signed return authorisation form

Our commitment for excellence services DOES NOT stop after 7 days. Within the 1 year limited warranty period(For details please refer to our Warranty terms and conditions), you are entitled to use our online support centre. Our dedicated Customer Service Representatives will assist you until the problem is solved.

Important: While orders can be cancelled before it is paid for or shipped out. Please note that once an order is paid for, it is normally shipped out within 24 hours. Although we will try our best to stop it from being shipped, we can not guarantee it.
