Product Details

Compact and lightweight, with a total length of only 41mm and a weight of 130g, and with orthodox 6 elements in 5 groups. The 50mm f/1.8 Mk II produces high image quality with a good balance. Aberration correction is possible throughout the entire focusing range, from the closest focusing distance of 0.45m to infinity.

The lens also features a micro-motor operated AF system. The 50mm f/1.8 Mk II was improved to become the model II by simplifying the focusing distance window and manual focus ring.
