If you are buying a product from our eBay shop that is available in different colours, please note that you'll need to specify what colour you would like. Depending on our stocks, you may choose a colour if it is available.

The best place to let us know which colour you prefer is upon making payment. If you are paying by PayPal, specifying the colour in PayPal Notes is the best way. If you are paying by other methods, please go to our DigitalRev Support Centre for eBay (www.digitalrev.com/ebay) and click the 'Contact Support' button under any help article. From there you'll be able to clarify your order.

After you have confirmed payment, we will send you an e-mail to confirm, and you can specify your colour preference. If after two days of payment, you have not informed us of your choice, we will send you a reminder in another e-mail. Two days after that, if no preference is stated, we may process shipment of the product in a random colour.
