Recieved these a week ago. They have high specifications - F.M.C. lens, Bak-4 prisms with phase coating and they are fully waterproof with nitrogen sealing. They are Japanese made. The F.O.V. is 6 degrees which is about average for 10x42 roof prism binoculars.
Optical and build quality is very good. The image displays excelllent contrast. The image is bright and sharp. There is no noticable color fringing.There are no serious distortions noted in the image. The view is sharp to about 90% out which is very good. The focuser is smooth and firm as are the twist up eyecups. These are highly recommended high quality roof prisms at a reasonable price.
