In line with this, our after-sale services are designed to maximise your flexibility so you can make the most from your purchases.
1) 14 Days No Question Asked Return & Refund
We provide a 14-day 'No Questions Asked' Return Policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so. Provided that the return meet the following conditions, we will give you a full refund, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!
Item(s) are purchased from our website (www.digitalrev.com)
Item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt
Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging
Accompanied by order receipt and signed return authorisation form
We will refund you the total amount paid less postage, within 72 hours. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Note:

Please be advised that DigitalRev Limited will not cover any postage costs for returned products. These costs must be covered in full by the purchaser.

This return policy does not apply to 'In Stock Pick Up' orders or orders returned to our physical retail stores. For 'In Stock Pick Up' orders and orders returned to our physical retail store, a 5% re-stocking fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.
2) Return a product for warranty service
At DigitalRev, we offer a standard 12 month limited warranty service for all our products except mobile phones.
In general, products can be returned for a warranty service if manufacture defects are found or occur within the stated warranty period (normally 12 month, except for mobile phones). For details, please refer to our Warranty Terms and Conditions
Note:
We will cover and reimburse your return postage, if the product is returned within warranty period and is diagnosed by the manufacture's service centre as a manufacture defect. We cannot reimburse your return postage if the product is faulty because of accidental damage.
