What is the Rev Reward programme?

The Rev Rewards programme is a way for us to show our appreciation. Through shopping with our website, you will be able to collect DR Points which could then be used for various promotions and special offers.

What are DR Points?

DR Points are the loyalty points that we credit you with your purchases. You can choose to collect your points and store them for a future purchase or redeem them each time you re-order from us. With sufficient points, you can enjoy a variety of rewards including rebates on future orders and special prices on selected products. You may also be ennamed to receive products for free.

How do I earn DR Points?

Earning DR Points is simple. We will automatically add points to each and every order you place on our website 21 days after the shipment of your order. The number of points added will depend on the product you've selected and this can be clearly seen from the number of points that you may earn at each product listing.

What rewards can I get with the DR Points I have?

The offers available for Rev Rewards vary from time to time and we will offer some fabulous limited offers that can only be qualified using DR Points. For the details of the offers currently available from DR Points, please check our Current Rewards page.

We may also offer exclusive offers to customers subscribing to our newsletter.

How do I redeem my Rev Rewards?

Redemption of your rewards is very similar to normal order placement. First review the offer for any restriction then place the products that you require into the basket and apply the voucher code. You should see the reward being applied. You may proceed to Checkout to claim your reward.

Please note that some offers may be restricted to certain regions or currencies. They will simply be void when applied to non-qualifying orders.

How many DR Points do I have?

At any time you can log into your account to see how many points you have earned and what you could buy with them.

Will my DR Points expire?

DR Points will expire at the end of the second March, which gives it a maximum lifetime of 2 years. For Example:

An order placed on the 1st of April 2008:
All DR Points gained from that order will be valid past March 2009 and expire in March 2010.
An order placed on 1st January 2009:
All DR Points gained from an order placed at January 2009, will also expire in March 2010.
